At Altostratus, "site-specific" and "high-resolution" forecasting is actual modeling of each location (not an interpolation thereto) where each point in the domain and site of interest is fully characterized in terms of its specific land-cover characteristics, detailed physical and thermal properties, geometrical configurations, and various attributes down to resolutions of 20 m, or finer, and modeled accordingly at the corresponding resolution.
